There are three major types of Italian company registration for foreign investors, and they are as follows:

Following recent reforms, opening an Italian company has become easier than in the past, the incorporation process takes a few more days (7 working days) than in some other European countries, but unlike most European jurisdictions VAT number and bank account for foreign owned companies can be obtained at a quicker time frame. The company incorporation formalities include the following:

The UK Accounting Standards have a new framework for financial reporting effective January 1.2015Therefore. five standards were published by the UK's Financial Reporting Council. which together form the basis for the new UK regime. For those who are eligible, the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities(FRS) will be available for use, but it will not change fundamentally for the moment.

-After providing the necessary information for the registration of the company mentioned above, the company name will be checked and verified first
-After the name verification is approved, prepare the registration and signature documents for the company's directors and shareholders to sign
-Submit registration to Companies House after signing
-Government review completed and registration certificate issued
-Prepare company seal and express full set of registration materials
-After obtaining the company registration documents, prepare to open a bank account (if required)
