-At least 18 years old
-Valid student residence card
- Registered residence in local city hall
-Valid residence permit card
-Copy of valid passport (including personal information page, visa page, and entry/exit stamp page)
-Proof of enrollment
-Proof regarding the type of self-employment (nulla osta issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau). If transferring to work or residing, a work contract, as well as a company license and employer's identification documents, are required
-Proof of Funds (at least 8500 euros)
-Registered residence certificate
-Housing contract (with a term of no less than 6 months and a receipt registered with the tax bureau attached)
-Certificate of suitable residence
-Two 16 Euro revenue stamp
