Start up Visa

The Italian start up visa is a concept of innovation and entrepreneurship that has been mentioned in Law 179 of 2012. It is a program launched since 2014 to attract non EU talents who plan to establish innovative startups in Italy.

Investor Visa

There are no requirements for investors' educational background or language, and they can apply at any time of the year, without being limited by the immigration and mobility laws. They can also apply for family members.

Slef-employment Corporate Visa

High cost-effectiveness, with relatively loose requirements for applicants' qualifications. Applicants can apply for family members, and relying on the company can quickly integrate into the Italian market, suitable for applicants with entrepreneurial needs.

EU Blue Card

Suitable for company expatriates, high-level talents/grinding technicians, senior executives or supervisors of foreign companies stationed in Italian branches, university professors and lecturers, translators and interpreters, professional nursing staff and researchers, etc.

Inter Corporate Transfers

Mainly applicable to foreign enterprises located in Italy, where the management of companies already working outside the Italian branch of the company is dispatched to the Italian branch.

Student Permit Conversion

If the education has not been completed, the study type residence permit can only be converted to work type residence within the annual quota range specified in the Mobility Law; If foreigners complete their studies in Italy and obtain a doctoral degree, university master's degree, or three-year undergraduate or associate degree, they can apply for conversion to work residency without applying for quotas under the 'Mobility Act'.

Elective Residence

Choosing a residence visa allows foreigners who are interested in settling in Italy and do not need to engage in any labor economically to enter Italy for the purpose of residence.
